MVP faculty and staff are employees of T2 Charters. T2 Charters provides all employment services to the Board of Mountain View Prep. T2 Charter employees are offered private health insurance through Blue Cross/Blue Shield. T2 Charter is not in the state retirement system but offers its employees a 3% match through a 401K with John Hancock.
T2 Employees must meet the requires of under charte school law and any federal guideline.
